Hi. We are having a weird interaction with the transfer tool. Sometimes when it triggers the ai says a message that seems to be related to the code configuration of the ai isntead of the message itself. Things like below. This is the only issue we have before we go live with this client. We are expecting 5k calls to 10k calls a day from this client, so would like to solve this as soon as possible. Thanks
